General project conditions
The project services shall be invoiced according to the actual time spent and at the end of the month in which the service is rendered with a payment term of 14 days.
One person-day (PD) corresponds to 8 working hours. Travel time is not calculated as working time.
Travel expenses
In addition, travel expenses will be charged according to expenditure. Flat-rate travel expenses (from and to Aachen, Europaplatz): general rate €0.70/km and €140/night or €0.80/km and €170/night in Switzerland, if hotel booking and settlement are not covered by the client.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of consulting appointments by the client, scheduled for more than three hours, the following rules apply:

If canceled less than three working days before the scheduled appointment, 50 percent of the agreed fee will be invoiced.

Costs already incurred at the time of cancellation (e.g. travel expenses) will be invoiced in full.
