By entering this competition, you accept the following terms:
- Organizers: The organizer of the competition is Modell Aachen GmbH. This competition is not related to LinkedIn or any other social media provider.
- Eligibility: Persons over 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Employees and partners of Modell Aachen GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
- Profit: The main prize is free training from DGQ (German Society for Quality) worth over 1,000€. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable and cannot be paid out in cash. The voucher is valid until 15.03.2026.
- Competition period and winner selection: Participation is possible from May 6, 2025 to May 11, 2025 at 20:00. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by direct message no later than May 14, 2025. If winners do not respond within two days, the claim to the prize expires and a new winner will be determined.
- Data protection: By participating, you agree that your data will be used to carry out the competition. Your data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after the competition has been completed.
- Amendments: Modell Aachen GmbH reserves the right to change or prematurely end the competition at any time without giving reasons.
- Legal process: Legal recourse is excluded.
