General project conditions
The project services shall be invoiced according to the actual time spent and at the end of the month in which the service is rendered with a payment term of 14 days.
One person-day (PD) corresponds to 8 working hours. Travel time is not calculated as working time.
Travel expenses
In addition, travel expenses will be charged according to expenditure. Flat-rate travel expenses (from and to Aachen, Europaplatz): general rate 50Ct/km; 120€/overnight stay or 70Ct/km; 160€/overnight stay in Switzerland if hotel booking and settlement are not covered by the client.
