“Quality is not an accident, but the result of functioning business processes” — this motto convinced me to join my previous employer. My own credo: Every activity in life and nature follows a process — and can be described. When applied regularly, this leads to continuous improvement of the individual, the process, and the outcome. Because I’m good at recognizing and shaping these processes, I want to support others in using them effectively. Just imagine living in a world where everything simply works.
