During my time in quality at Hilti AG, I saw firsthand how documentation is often met with skepticism across the company. That’s why I’ve made it my goal to challenge outdated assumptions and instead focus on the real economic value of process clarity — through well-defined interfaces and documentation that actually serves as a useful reference. What I especially enjoy is designing processes even in areas like sales — because the right structures empower both teams and the wider organization to work more effectively.
