The project services are billed as a service based on actual time spent and invoiced at the end of the month of service provision with a payment term of 14 days. One person day (PT) corresponds to 8 working hours. Travel time is not calculated as working time.
In addition, travel expenses are calculated according to expenses. Travel allowance (from and to Aachen, Europaplatz): general rate 50ct/km; 120€/night or 70ct/km; 160€/overnight stay in Switzerland if hotel booking and billing are not carried out by the customer.
