The project services are billed as a service based on actual time spent and invoiced at the end of the month of service provision with a payment term of 14 days. One person day (PT) corresponds to 8 working hours. Travel time is not calculated as working time.
In addition, travel expenses are calculated according to expenses. Travel allowances (from and to Aachen, Europaplatz): general rate 40ct/km; 80€/overnight stay; 120€/overnight stay in large cities or 60ct/km; 150€/night in Switzerland if hotel booking and billing are not made by the customer.
