I firmly believe that a well-designed and effectively implemented management system is the foundation for long-term business success. Only through active exchange of processes and knowledge can an organization continuously adapt, grow, and reinvent itself. But for this to happen, the management system must offer real added value in day-to-day operations. What does such a system look like? Where are the pitfalls, and what should you watch out for? The answers are as individual as each company.
