What truly motivates us? Research shows it's three things: autonomy, a sense of competence, and social connection. We’re most engaged when we’re directly involved, able to contribute ideas, and help shape our environment. Traditional management systems often fail to meet these needs — which is why many teams lack the motivation to engage with their processes. That’s why I believe in the power of interactive management systems: they empower people to shape how they work. As an Awareness Manager, I share our vision of participation on LinkedIn and advocate for a new way of working — one that puts people at the center.
