CAB Disability Assistance is committed to supporting people with disabilities. As a non-profit organization and subsidiary of the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Augsburg e.V., we operate more than 20 facilities across Swabia. Every day, we support over 1,800 adults with disabilities — offering employment opportunities, diverse housing options, and personalized counseling. Around 850 employees work to empower individuals to fully participate in both professional and social life.

Our previous data management system was extremely rigid. Only our quality managers had access to maintain it, and every change request had to be submitted via email.

Navigating the system was frustrating, locating content took too long, and changes were poorly communicated. Unsurprisingly, employee engagement was minimal — it hardly qualified as a functioning management system.
