The Challenge Before Q.wiki
Our previous data management system was extremely rigid. Only our quality managers had access to maintain it, and every change request had to be submitted via email.
Navigating the system was frustrating, locating content took too long, and changes were poorly communicated. Unsurprisingly, employee engagement was minimal — it hardly qualified as a functioning management system.
Why We Chose Q.wiki
Faced with an upcoming ISO 9001 audit, we needed a new quality management solution — fast. Q.wiki offered exactly what we were looking for: a ready-to-use, interactive system that we could roll out quickly and expand over time.
The fact that we were able to implement the system so rapidly was a decisive advantage.
Success with Q.wiki
In just a short time, Q.wiki has fundamentally transformed how we manage knowledge and processes at CAB.
Employee engagement is growing steadily — and for good reason. With Q.wiki, we can now locate relevant information directly in the system. That’s made day-to-day operations and cross-department collaboration noticeably smoother.
To support the rollout, we hosted software training sessions and continue to offer open office hours. These steps have been key to increasing system awareness and helping employees feel confident using Q.wiki.
Our Management System Is Growing with Us
Even though we’re still early in our journey, the progress has been remarkable. Within a few months, we had mapped our entire process landscape — including process objectives — in Q.wiki and successfully used it as the foundation for our ISO 9001 audit. With any other system, it would have taken us years to get to this point.
“Q.wiki was the ideal starting point for rolling out knowledge and process management across the organization.”
“It’s not certificates that make processes successful — it’s our employees. And 86% of them use Q.wiki every month.”
“Regulatory processes used to be a necessary evil. Today, they create real value for our workforce.”
