The Challenge Before Q.wiki
In 2021/2022, we faced several massive initiatives at once — any one of which would have been demanding on its own:
From experience, we knew that introducing a business platform of this scale often causes real headaches: endless training materials, complex documentation, and — most critically — low user adoption. Our existing management system simply wasn’t up to the task. It was too inflexible, too complicated, and far removed from our employees’ day-to-day work.
We were determined to avoid the usual pitfalls:
Our goal was clear: Create a centralized, structured system to bundle all relevant information — and pave the way for a smooth and successful rollout of our new software landscape.
Choosing Q.wiki
When evaluating a new management tool, we aligned the decision closely with our ERP rollout. We were facing a high-stakes project, full of uncertainty and open questions from across the company. We chose Q.wiki with the confidence that it would make the transition smoother — not just during the switch to SAP, but in our everyday operations as well. That’s because all relevant training materials and guidance for the new software would be centrally stored in Q.wiki, accessible to everyone.
Even better: employees could contribute directly — improving and expanding content collaboratively. The ability to link SAP screens directly in the relevant process steps, or embed video tutorials, was a major bonus.
Success with Q.wiki
You might assume that rolling out two complex systems at once would create chaos — but the opposite happened. Q.wiki proved to be a powerful support tool during our SAP transition and continues to simplify how we manage and interact with our extensive SAP processes every day.
The results speak for themselves:
In 2022, we received both the SAP Innovation Award and the SAP Quality Award — and Q.wiki was a critical part of that success.
Interactive, Cost-Effective Process Management
From day one, our interactive management system was well received by employees and fostered collaboration across departments. The usage metrics are just as impressive:
Accesses to Q.wiki since go-live
The data shows clear acceptance across the organization — but more importantly, the financial impact has been significant. We've saved time on searching, reduced training costs, and minimized errors. In short: Q.wiki helps us work smarter.
A Central Platform for the Entire Organization
Today, SAP and process management are just two pieces of a much larger picture. We now use Q.wiki across many areas of our business, including:
Certified Quality, Proven Security
Since implementing our interactive management system, we’ve reached all of our key goals — and then some:
And what did the auditors say? Simply put: they were thrilled.
“Q.wiki was the ideal starting point for rolling out knowledge and process management across the organization.”
“It’s not certificates that make processes successful — it’s our employees. And 86% of them use Q.wiki every month.”
“Regulatory processes used to be a necessary evil. Today, they create real value for our workforce.”
